Thank you for choosing our installation service. To help us ensure your installation is as convenient and straight
forward as possible, please use the checklist below to confirm your new Pronteau Tap & PROBOIL.2X system will fit
and function as intended. Click here for more detailed requirements. By purchasing our service you are agreeing all
prerequisites have been met, so please check the cupboard where your installation is intended, confirming that the
following dimensional and supply requirements are satisfied.
Size Requirements: Check your cabinet is at least 500mm wide, and the installation area has adequate space allocated for the boiler.
Power Socket: Make sure you have an accessible 13A power socket.
Hot & Cold Water Supply: You must have connection to a hot and cold water supply with isolation valves and a water pressure
between 1.5 and 5.5 bar.
Existing Tap or Tap Hole: If you have an existing tap in place, the underside of the tap hole must be accessible to allow tting of your
new Pronteau tap. If you do not have a tap in place, a pre-drilled 35mm tap hole is required with adequate space behind the tap.
You must be present for the full duration of your scheduled appointment.
Your Pronteau tap & boiler must be available to the engineer on arrival and access to the property must be possible for the duration of
the install (typically up to 2 hours).
All services must be live and working on the day of installation. It must be possible for the water and electric supplies to be isolated as
and when required during the call.
If the above prerequisites are not met it may not be possible for the engineer to carry out the installation. If
additional work is required on site or the engineer must return at a later time additional charges will apply. Missed
or cancelled installation appointments will be charged at £150.
