Warranty Information
Buying Abode means complete peace of mind. We have strict quality standards, investing in the very best components and latest manufacturing techniques to ensure long-life performance across our product portfolio.
In the unlikely event that you should experience any defect in the materials or workmanship of your new Abode product, the following terms of warranty apply:
- Abode sinks within 10 years of purchase
- Abode kitchen taps within 5 years of purchase*
- Pronteau by Abode taps within 5 years of purchase*
- Pronteau/PROBOIL boilers within 2 years of purchase
- Abode bathroom products (please see the table below)
With correct installation and use the products will give many years of trouble-free service.
The purchaser’s sole remedy shall be the replacement (at the manufacturer’s discretion) of all or any part of the product that is defective.
- * For kitchen taps and Pronteau taps, all working parts and valves are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from purchase. O-rings and decorative surfaces are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase provided that our advice concerning care has been observed and no scouring or chemical agents have been used.
Normal wear and tear, limescale, and chemicals used during cleaning can cause damage and deterioration and this is not covered by the guarantee.
Replacement parts fitted must be original equipment parts which can be purchased from www.tap-spares.com. Other parts fitted will invalidate the warranty.
The warranty terms are provided that the product has been used for normal domestic purposes in the UK and that the care, installation and maintenance instructions have been observed.
The warranty extends to the original purchaser only.

Extended Warranty (applicable to Abode bathroom products only)
All Abode bathroom products have an extended warranty option. This only applies when the products have been registered with Abode. To extend your warranty, please ensure you complete the application within 90 days of purchase, a proof of purchase must be attached to the warranty registration.
* This is the extended warranty term and will only be applicable if you register your product warranty directly with Abode. You can do this here.
**This is the standard warranty cover period which is included with all Abode bathroom products and applicable components listed.
***The exclusion terms are the extended warranty periods applicable to the listed components.
