All orders over £50 qualify for FREE delivery.
Orders under £50 will attract a delivery fee of £3.99.
Ceramic and granite sinks incure an additional charge as these items must be placed on a heavy item fragile delivery service with Courier Logistics.

All orders placed by 5pm are delivered by DPD and Courier Logistics on a 2-3 day service.
For same day despatch please ensure your order is placed before noon, all orders received after this time will be despatched the following day.
Orders received after noon on Friday’s or over a weekend will be despatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays), so please allow extra time if you need to arrange a plumber.
Please note that we are closed for around two weeks over the Christmas Holiday period, on Bank Holidays and at weekends. If orders are placed when our offices are closed, we will pick them up as soon as we return.
We are unable to make orders available for collection in person.
Please check your delivery thoroughly on receipt and ensure you notify us within two working days if your order arrives damaged. Outside of this period we are unable to accept responsibility for transit damage.
You can cancel an order by contacting us on 01226 283434. We’ll check the status of your order, if it has not already been processed, we will endeavour to cancel the order and offer a refund within ten working days. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return, please see the returns section for further details.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or you have changed your mind, please follow our returns process below.
Simply contact us by telephone on 01226 283434 or email sales@abodedesigns.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of your order quoting your order reference and the product code.
All goods must be returned along with our Returns Form. Please click here to download the form which must be completed in full and enclosed with the product(s) to be returned.
The goods returned must not have been opened or used and be in a re-saleable condition for us to offer a refund.
Unfortunately, we can only refund the cost of the product and not the original postage charge (if applicable).
We recommend you use a suitable postal service that allows you to track your parcel for all items to be returned. The cost of returning the product will not be borne by Abode.
